My Approach

At the heart of my practice is the belief that you already have the answers within you—I’m here to guide you as you discover them. Humanistic and Person-Centred approaches prioritise creating a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you feel safe and heard.

I draw on Relational methods to build a trusting, collaborative connection. Our therapeutic relationship also helps us explore how you relate to yourself and others, noticing patterns in your relationships in a supportive environment.

I also incorporate Integrative and Transactional Analysis techniques to look more deeply at patterns in your behaviours, emotions, and relationships, helping you gain meaningful insights and create lasting change.

Throughout our therapeutic relationship is central, offering a space where you can explore, reflect, and grow with care and support.

Cultural Transitions & Belonging

Cultural transitions can happen in workplaces, communities, family dynamics, or when relocating. Having lived in three different countries, I understand how challenging it can feel to adapt and feel like an outsider. I help people navigate these changes, work through feelings of displacement, and find a sense of belonging and balance.

Fertility and Parenthood

My own fertility journey, including the challenges of IVF and parenting after infertility, gives me unique insight into the emotional complexities of this experience.

I provide a compassionate space to explore feelings of grief, guilt, or loneliness, and I help clients adjust to the realities of parenthood, whatever that may look like for them. 

Diverse Relationships and Sexuality

I’m passionate about creating an inclusive space for clients to explore relationships, sex, and sexuality. With training in gender, sexual, and relational diversity, I provide open-minded, non-judgmental support to help you feel seen and validated in your experiences. 

Adjustment, Loss, and Change

Adjustment, loss, and rediscovery are universal experiences. I warmly welcome individuals facing significant life changes, such as career changes, identity questions (including LGBTQ+), relationship transitions, or processing grief and loss.
