I work with adults who are navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity struggles, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and the emotional impact of life transitions. Having lived in three different countries, I understand the challenges of adapting to new cultures, feeling like an outsider, and grappling with cultural identity. I help clients navigate these transitions, offering support as they process feelings of displacement and work toward finding a sense of belonging and balance in their new environment.
My own fertility journey, including the challenges of IVF and parenting after infertility, gives me unique insight into the emotional complexities of this experience. I offer a compassionate space to explore feelings of grief, guilt, or loneliness, and I help clients adjust to the realities of parenthood, whatever that may look like for them.
I’m passionate about creating an inclusive space for clients to explore issues related to relationships, sex, and sexuality. With additional training in gender, sexual, and relational diversity, I provide open-minded, non-judgmental support, helping you feel seen and validated in your unique experiences.
I offer counselling both online and in person, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. Online counselling is a great option if you’re balancing a busy schedule, living further afield, or simply prefer the comfort of your own home.
