I’m a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist, offering integrative counselling in Worthing, Littlehampton and online. My passion lies in supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected as they navigate life’s challenges.
My journey into counselling was shaped by my own life experiences. I grew up in three different countries—Bulgaria, Finland, and the UK—each move bringing unique challenges and a profound understanding of cultural identity, belonging, and resilience. Adjusting to new environments and navigating the complexities of fitting in taught me the importance of connection, understanding, and support.
Years later, my own fertility journey pushed me to seek counselling during a time of immense grief, confusion, and loneliness. I experienced the emotional toll of failed IVF rounds and the complexities of becoming a parent after such a challenging journey. This personal chapter gave me deep empathy for those struggling with issues of identity, confidence, and self-belief.
These experiences led me to pursue a career in counselling, where I combine professional expertise with compassion and a non-judgmental approach. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters most to them. My work is rooted in the belief that every individual holds the strength and potential to create meaningful change in their lives, and my role is to walk alongside them as they discover it.
I am committed to continuous professional development and bringing the best tools and approaches to my clients. My qualifications include:
I’ve undertaken additional training to deepen my expertise in areas such as:
As a fully insured Counsellor with over 15 years of experience in social care and education, I also bring valuable insights from working in trauma-informed roles, including supporting survivors of domestic abuse.
